A sweet and warming blend of anti-nflammatory roots and spices. Caféine and dairy free.
Brew: 1 teaspoon per 8 oz cup. Simmer in water, milk or a mix of both for 10+ minutes or steep in freshly boiled water for 15+ minutes, strain and add milk of choice and sweetener if desired.
Ingredients: Turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, clove and black pepper. All organic.
